Description

• Cantilever welding manipulator is part of the automatic welding center comprised together with welding power,flux recovery system & welding rotator.
  
• The cantilever welding manipulator is composed by standing column, working platform, lifting mechanism, electric control system, motorized trolley and so on.
  
• Working platform is the main zone bearing welding system, flux recovery system.
  
• The platform ifitng is driven by motor via gear box, chain sprocket transmission.
  
• Counterweight at middel of the standing column to decrease the lifting mechanism loading & maintain the whole strcuture balance.
  
• Trolley under the standing column to take the whole structure mobile on the rai
