- Suitable for diameter 1m~5m outer longitudinal/circumferential seam single/dual wire SAW welding;
Description:
- The frame structure of gantry welding manipulator consists of walking beam, column and upper platform.
- Gantry adopts square pine and channel steel structure, process stress relieving, with strong and stable structure.
- Each of walking beams is driven by a motor reducer, forming a double-drive system, which makes the operation smooth and reliable.
- The electric control system consists of one electric control box and pendant controller.
- Flux recovery system is optional as per choice. Welding seam tracing, monitoring & other accessories available as per choice.
